Carolyn did a fundraiser for our shelter, Animal Friends Humane Society. We could not of asked for a better experience. Carolyn’s pet pictures are amazing. She has a special way with dogs, cats and all family pets and always manages to find that “perfect picture”. Carolyn has a very busy schedule, but always manages to do many charity fundraisers.
Thank you for raising funds for our shelter. Carolyn, you are a shelter/rescue dog’s best friend.
Last month, my new pet store, Pet Wants North, had it’s Grand Opening. The event was a tremendous success, which is much in part to Carolyn and her camera lens. Carolyn was generous enough to donate her entire afternoon to photographing (and developing) over 60 individual dog portraits. She even purchased a wood grain themed photo backdrop to match my store’s decor. My customers were absolutely thrilled at the opportunity to get a professional photograph taken of their dog, and many were so pleased with Carolyn’s work that they proceeded to order additional prints, coasters and magnets of their dog for holiday gifts. Carolyn is a delight to work with, and her love and passion for animals is reflected though her photographs. Thank you again, Carolyn!
Carolyn,
Words cannot explain how thankful we are for the time you donate to helping find our doggies loving homes. You always manage to find time in your busy schedule for us. While your time is limited, you insist to photograph our dogs until you get the perfect shot that captures their personality best. Not only do you have a passion for animals, but you take that passion and combine it with your talent. The outcome of this combination is a photograph that has purpose, conveys a message, and saves lives of animals in need. Thanks so much for the amazing work you do and your time you give to these animals.
I worked with Carolyn at a rural shelter just outside Cincinnati, where she photographed death row dogs with only a few days to live. Her photographs and the information we gathered about the dogs during those photo sessions were essential to getting the dogs to rescue quickly since we had such a short time to save their lives. Carolyn’s photos made the shelter dogs look like pets, dogs people could picture in their homes and in their lives, instead of dogs behind kennel gates, looking scary and unapproachable. Carolyn’s photos saved the lives of many dogs at that shelter. It was a great experience working with Carolyn to network those dogs to the safety of rescues.
After hearing multiple customers and friends rave about the work of Phodographer, I decided to approach Carolyn about a partnership. She jumped at the chance to do Pet Portraits with proceeds going to benefit various rescues! Carolyn has a touch with animals like none I have ever seen before. Not only did she exhibit professionalism with the customers but also took her time with each photo shoot to ensure the best picture possible. Every time we did a Pet Portrait event, the number of participants grew, from 30 to over 70 pets by the third session! It was an honor and pleasure to partner with such an amazing professional to benefit our furry friends in need! WOOF!
Pam, your dogs make me smile and I’m glad to see them out at PhoDographer events!
Carolyn also did a photo session with our dogs, Loki (deaf Cattle dog) and Chester. Her patience is amazing. And her work speaks for itself, so much we made a return visit. Thank you for cherished memories we will hold near our hearts forever.
Tracey, it was an honor photographing your family as a special gift for Jamie. I enjoyed meeting you, JJ and your adorable Rotties. It was such a fun session and I’m glad you were able to recreate the JJ/Jax image… 8 year later(?), and put together the display you had in mind. Thanks for sending me a picture of it up on your wall. Its always nice to get a peek of my images once they’ve found their way home!
What can I say? STUPENDOUS! Our photos were excellent. I went to Carolyn with my two Rottweilers, Jax (10) & Deuce (1) to create a fathers day and birthday gift for my husband. My son JJ and I were part of this masterpiece that left me speechless. There’s a quote that says “Life is not measured by the number of breaths we take, but by the moments that take our breath away” Well our Phodographer certainly accomplished that. I had a very hard time choosing because the portraits were so beautiful. Carolyn really captured the essence of our love for Jax and Deuce as well as creating something my husband will treasure for years to come. The storyboard created of Jax and JJ is simply priceless. Thank you so much Carolyn!
